Each instruction page contains four elements:

  • The root instruction
  • A picture illustrating the instruction
  • A short explanation
  • A list of links to related instructions

At the bottom of each page (scroll down) is a set of six buttons:

  • INTRO opening page of Mind Training in Seven Points
  • PREV takes you to the preceding sequential instruction
  • HOP (the grasshopper) takes you to an instruction at random
  • NEXT takes you to the next sequential instruction
  • ROOT takes you to a list of all the root instructions
  • POSTCARD send an ecard of the current instruction to a friend
